Top notch service! I had a problem with my front loading washer where it wouldn’t go into the final spin. I called Appliance Master and right away I got a very nice person on the phone, no chatbot, no automated system. The person I spoke with said that they could schedule me for the next afternoon between 1:00 and 4:00 and I would get a text when the repair tech was on route. At 12:45 the next day I received a text that Randy was on his way and 15 minutes later he showed up. Randy was extremely polite and professional. He spent an hour carefully going over all the possibilities to make sure that he correctly identified the problem. It turned out that I needed new shock absorbers. He didn’t have them in stock but he ordered them right then and there. He told me that they would come in a day or two and he would install them as soon as they came in. I received a call two days later that the parts were in and that Randy would be able to install them the next day at noon. Sure enough at 11:45 I received my text and Randy showed up 15 minutes later. He installed them and tested them several times to make sure that they were working properly and even asked me to give him some towels to go through a wash and spin to really make sure everything was working and it did. I’m just absolutely satisfied with the speedy and excellent service that Randy and the other folks at Appliance Master provided! - Deborah M

My Samsung refrigerator/freezer was not staying cold and in fact was very warm. I called Appliance Master on a Sunday afternoon and they sent Randy first thing Monday. After a brief inspection Randy was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the part and had it running in no time. I was extremely pleased at the service provided. They were courteous and knew their stuff. I would gladly recommend them for any job.

In the past year I’ve tried three different appliance repair companies with nothing less than disappointing results. My refrigerator stopped cooling and i started to panic because i didn’t know who to call or count on. I ended up calling appliance master i was surprised that they were able to come out that same afternoon. The tech was on time, very polite, had the problem figured out very quickly and best of all he had the part. After comparing him to the other companies i noticed his outstanding workmanship, he took care when it came to my home and he only installed one part unlike the others guys that were what my husband called “parts changers”, I’ll keep your magnet up on the frig for next time thank you appliance master
